So, our Ayr venue has now been open for 7 weeks. This drop in takes place alternate Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 7-9pm at Venturayr, 22 New Road, Ayr, KA8 8EX. Every single week we have had new faces through the door, as well as our regulars who attend each week. We have had tears, laughter and the bravest of faces…
So, tonight (Wednesday 15th May) we are opening our new Cumnock Drop in!! This drop in will be alternate Wednesday & Thursdays, 7-9pm at Heart & Soul Hub, 38-42 Ayr Road, Cumnock, KA18 1DW.
As we do at Ayr, we will continue to have trained professionals on hand to help anyone who needs a little support or just a friendly chat. We will have workshops, taster sessions, fitness classes, and alternative therapies, as well as a friendly face and a cuppa. It’s crazy what a difference just sitting in a room with like-minded people can do for you.
This is open to anyone. Under 14’s need accompanied by an adult and under 16’s need adult permission. This is a completely free service. No referrals, no waiting lists and no appointments. Just drop in whenever you can between 7-9pm.
The smallest step now will be the biggest step you ever make. Its okay not to be okay.
