Anyone affected by poor mental health to come along and seek support. As well as an open door and welcoming cuppa, the group also regualrly co-ordinates with local busiesses to explore new ways to support your mental health - from exercise, complementary therapies and even the odd cuddle from a furry friend!
Open Door Policy
Minds Over Matter is open to all, regardless of circumstance. There's no requirement to attend every week or share anything you don't want to.
End The Stigma
Minds Over Matter aims to challenge the stigma that continues to surround mental health, and educate the Ayrshire community that we all must look after our minds
